Shipping Policy

Business Hours
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding holidays.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:30 PM PT, Monday through Friday, will typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:30 PM PT will typically ship the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping is based on business days. Orders placed with Overnight Shipping before 12:30 PM PT on Friday will typically be delivered the following Monday, provided Monday is not a holiday.

Orders placed after the 12:30 PM PT cutoff on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time the order is placed. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Cricket Earbuds is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, service disruptions, or other unforeseen events. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically guaranteed by the selected carrier service.
