Cricket Secure Fit Wireless Earbuds use wireless technology and require a compatible Bluetooth-enabled device for operation. Bluetooth connectivity, wireless range, audio performance, call quality, and functionality may vary depending on the connected device, operating system, software, applications, wireless environment, interference, and other factors outside our control.

Compatibility with a particular smartphone, computer, tablet, two-way radio accessory, Push-to-Talk application, communications platform, gaming system, or third-party application is not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product description.

BATTERY PERFORMANCE

Any battery-life or operating-time specifications provided for our products are estimates based on typical or tested operating conditions. Actual battery performance may vary based on volume level, usage patterns, connected devices, wireless conditions, environmental conditions, product settings, battery age, and other factors.

Rechargeable batteries naturally experience reduced capacity over time.

PROPER USE

WARRANTY & RETURNS

The Earphone Connection, Inc. (EPC) warrants its earphones to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please retain your original sales receipt, as it will be required to validate your warranty and obtain warranty service.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Physical abuse, misuse, or neglect
Tugging, pulling, or excessive strain on the product or wiring
Improper care or maintenance
Frayed, torn, cut, or exposed wires resulting from use or damage
Crushing, smashing, impact, or other physical damage
Exposure to excessive voltage or other improper electrical conditions
Alteration or tampering with the product
Repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than the manufacturer
Any use of the product that is inconsistent with its intended purpose

Unauthorized modification, tampering, or repair will void the Manufacturer's Limited Warranty.

WARRANTY EVALUATION

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by The Earphone Connection, Inc. EPC reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty repair or replacement based on the condition of the product and the terms of this Limited Warranty.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

Once you have received your Return Authorization Number, please send the product along with your proof of purchase, name, return address, and RA Number to:
